Last night we met up with some friends at their neighborhood pool for our first outdoor swimming of the season. While it was way fun to be back in the pool (which we lived in last summer), um, well it has rained every day around here for like the last 3-4 weeks... EVERY DAY... and been unseasonably cool. So the water, um, not so warm!
COLD!!!! Actually, the water was freakin' COLD! And while I have body fat to keep me somewhat insulated, my kids do not. Poor little Snookie was shiverin' and quiverin'! So our pool fun only lasted about an hour before our grand exit and pizza finale!
