The gay marriage supporters in California are protesting the passage of Proposition 8 (some not so peacefully).
Creative Minority Report shows that the Governator wants the courts to overturn it. Could someone please explain to me how they will manage to declare a constitutional ammendment "unconstitutional"?
What do you think they would be saying if it had failed and a bunch of Christians were protesting? Do you think they'd be arrested for hate speech?

That's okay I heard on the radio that a bunch of gays were demonstrating in front of a Dallas Baptist church because the minister was talking about marriage only being between man and woman... and they want it stopped because it is HATE SPEECH!
