Free stuff

We love free stuff to do on weekends. The new airport observation area called Founders Plaza is open at DFW. It's at Texan Trail and Airfield Dr. There are picnic tables and high powered binoculars (free, no quarters necessary) for watching planes and ground crews and the monorail. There are also have speakers that play the live communications between the control towers and pilots. Way cool. If taking pictures, I would recommend going in the afternoon so the sun is behind you.

That is WAY cool! I think Pigeon would get a kick out of that too.

How cool. I had no idea that place existed.
