That's what we've gotten for more than a week now... rain. No, I'm not complaining. It is way better than watering the lawn, and the temp has been much lower... so the air conditioner hasn't been running non-stop. Only down side is that they won't deliver the roofing supplies and put the new roof on till until it stops raining!

Why do y'all need a new roof? I thought your house was bought brand new less than 10 years ago. Tell the rainclouds to come our way, everything is FINALLY greening up around here after a week's worth of rain.
We had some really severe hail storms late spring/early summer. We didn't think we needed one, and that everyone in our neighborhood were a bunch of suckers... until our insurance adjuster came out and said that we needed to completely replace it!
Ooh! Bummer!
I was wondering the same thing. That is a bummer.
